Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing
HoxFitness subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your signup date unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscriptions are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your HoxFitness subscription at any time through your account settings. To cancel:
- Log in to your HoxFitness account
- Navigate to Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until that date.
4. Failed Payments
If a monthly subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again over the following days. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or canceled. You will not receive a refund for any suspended or canceled subscriptions due to failed payment.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In cases of account termination for policy violations, no refunds will be issued.
6. Exceptions
The only exceptions to our no-refund policy are:
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge
- Billing Errors: If we make an error in billing (e.g., charging an incorrect amount), we will correct it and issue a refund if necessary
- Service Outages: Extended service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours may qualify for a prorated credit at our discretion
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us immediately at support@hoxfitness.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
8. Free Trial (If Applicable)
If HoxFitness offers a free trial period in the future, you may cancel at any time during the trial without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged for the first billing period.
